 About Group Therapy:

In group therapy, we are each agents of our own and every other group members’ healing experience. Confidentiality, trust, and commitment are essential to the process.  A commitment to participate in a group includes committing to attend each week, to maintain every group member’s confidentiality, to actively participate and engage in the group, and to abide by the group’s ground rules.  In group therapy, we are in relationship together – and we have the opportunity to practice and experience new ways of relating that facilitate shifts in our outside relationships.  It is a sacred process that is each member’s responsibility to foster.
